Interesting fact: Alfred uses traditional methods for processing coffee and does it using hard to find vintage equipment that he restores. The coffee cherry is carefully sorted, de-pulped, slowly fermented in cold spring water, then double washed with a 48-hour soak before slowly drying the coffee on patios and raised beds.
