Parabola coffee began with curiosity and passion. Inspired by the local North Park coffee roasters, we began roasting in our North Park home determined to produce a perfect cup of coffee. As we developed our craft as roasters, we shared our coffee with friends, neighbors, and family and eventually started selling our beans online, offering free local eco-friendly motor scooter delivery.
In March 2020, we launched our coffee cart in Second Chance Beer Lounge where we began serving our North Park neighbors. Despite opening during a pandemic, we have continued to thrive and grow thanks to the support of our amazing customers.
The Parabola team is a fun, friendly, and caring crew that loves meeting and serving our neighbors. We are honored to share our passion for coffee with the North Park community and grateful for the collaboration with Second Chance to create a unique and welcoming space in vibrant North Park.
